Astroshamanic journeys are a combination of astrology and shamanism. Here, the wisdom of the astrological horoscope merges with the shamanic medicine wheel. In astroshamanic journeys, you have the opportunity to learn about these principles and develop a more conscious way of living. Astrology offers the possibility of deeper insight into the inner cosmos. Astrology is a tool for working on your talents, abilities, and developmental tendencies. Shamanism views the world and its living beings as living energy. Stones, plants, and animals are imbued with spirit, just like us humans. We are all one. If the connection to this unity is disrupted, illness can arise. In my astroshamanic journey, we first strengthen our energy field. Then we open the sacred space. We connect with the currently activated zodiac sign, element, quality, and planet. This encounter makes a holistic experience possible, either in stillness or in movement. The experience can be integrated into everyday life and used for a more conscious way of living. A guided meditation completes the journey. We are closing the sacred space.
