About me

Even as a child, I perceived the world more intensely – but my high sensitivity and connection to the greater whole remained a quiet secret for a long time, something I kept to myself. I experienced spiritual moments early on, but the fear of the unknown and the feeling of being overwhelmed caused me to close myself off at a certain point. It wasn't until motherhood that my connection to mediumship reopened and led me on a profound path of healing.

A turning point was the experience of a miscarriage. Even before it was medically confirmed, I intuitively felt that my unborn twins, Elias and Ivy, were gone. Later, when my daughter was born, I perceived her deepest fears and feelings of guilt in the form of images—a profound connection and my innate mediumistic abilities that led me to systemic family constellations. There, I realized how deeply our family system shapes our experiences and how important it is to resolve unspoken grief and entanglements. The transformation after this work was profound and lasting.

For over 23 years, the systemic method has accompanied me and fundamentally changed my perspective on myself, on other people, and on life. It taught me that healing often lies in accepting what is – in compassion, grace, and humility towards life and each individual story.

Eventually, my path led me to craniosacral therapy, which helped me connect with the body's inherent wisdom. It felt like another homecoming. For the past two and a half years, I have been intensively training in spiritual healing and aura surgery, as well as in working as a medium and in trance. It's as if I'm reconnecting with the source of something I carried with me as a child. My professional journey has gradually, step by step, unwound into my true calling over the last 14 years. Throughout this time, I have always followed my intuition and my heart. Often, something shifted in my work even before I was familiar with the corresponding method—almost as if a new field were opening up, leading/calling me to my next teacher.

Today I practice my work with great dedication. I accompany people through profound processes and hold a safe, holistic space for issues that often lie beyond words. Especially in trauma work, the body is essential – it stores what our minds sometimes cannot grasp. My approach is always holistic, because where trauma and unconsciousness are at work, a bridge between body, emotions, and soul is needed.

For me, clear, healthy boundaries are just as sacred as the openness of my heart. Amidst the often complex, multifaceted landscapes that unfold, I remain connected – but not entangled. I dwell with you in pain, in change, in the unspeakable – and at the same time, I am anchored in my own center.

One client once described it like this: "You stay where others would give way." My teacher Colin Bates said: “You have the tenacity needed to break patterns.”

My presence is driven by compassion, clarity, vertical alignment, and a deep trust in your self-efficacy.

I am here – not as a savior, but as a companion on your journey. I hear and feel what resonates between the words and speaks through the body. And I hold – not you, but the space in which you can learn to hold yourself, the space you have brought with you.

In my personal life, I too was allowed – and required – to grow. Today I am the mother of two very lively, wonderful children (23 and 17 years old) and have the gift of being a stepmother to two other young women (28 and 26) who continue to be part of my life.

At 54, a new chapter begins for me. Motherhood can slowly take a back seat. At the same time, a time full of creativity, curiosity, and freedom opens up to me. I let myself drift, follow my heart's calling, and experience life as a woman in a completely new and differently fulfilling way.

Words from people I had the privilege of accompanying:

"Alexandra's guidance was life-changing for me. During a very difficult separation from my narcissistic husband, she held a space where even the darkest feelings and entanglements were allowed and acknowledged. With great clarity, sensitivity, and spiritual depth, she guided me step by step from powerlessness to my own strength. I was particularly touched by how Alexandra remained present, clear, and loving even in the most challenging areas—from ancestral entanglements to manipulative dynamics. She consistently invites the resources, dignity, and self-empowerment within. Today, I feel more freedom, inner strength, and trust in my own path, which I am now continuing separately with her help. I was only able to move out with my children and begin a new life thanks to her support. It is important to have someone by your side when dealing with narcissism who recognizes the subtle manipulative aspects—I was able to take responsibility for myself step by step with her help. I am deeply grateful." for this form of guidance – it is

unique"
