We explore which trapped emotions lie behind your current feelings or challenges – and resolve them step by step.
We work directly on the subtle, physical-emotional level.
Format: 30 minutes of clearly structured application of the Portarlexa method.
Recommendation: Ideal as part of a continuous support process.

We work in a way that is close to the body and focused on consciousness – through verbal process guidance, mediumistic impulses, energetic sensing, and (remotely integrated) craniosacral therapy. This also allows us to explore trapped emotions and provide Portarlexa impulses.

OpenEnd Online Coaching – Space for Depth, Clarity & Soul Work
This special session is open-ended in its duration – because some topics don't adhere to a time limit.
If you sense that something very fundamental within you wants to be seen, held, and moved, then it is this profound accompanying space Designed for you.
We work for as long as the process requires – usually 2 to 3 hours, with short breaks in between to breathe, feel, and stretch our legs.
I'll take the whole morning or afternoon off for you – Without time limits, without rushing.

My services consist of spiritual work and coaching that aims to provide you with assistance, relaxation and support, but does not relieve you of the responsibility for your further actions, decisions and next steps.
It is your responsibility to inform me about any physical and mental illnesses you may have and whether you are taking any relevant medication.
For your own benefit, please bring this up with me before the session begins.
Cancellation policy
The following rules apply to individual appointments, groups, workshops and programs:
Individual sessions:
- Cancellation up to 48 hours in advance: free of charge
- In case of later cancellation or no-show: full fee for a one-hour coaching session or rescheduling subject to availability.
Groups/Workshops:
- Cancellation up to 14 days before the start: full refund or credit note
- 7–14 days before start: 50% refund or credit
- Less than 7 days or no-show: no refund
