2. Systemic Coaching & Family Constellation Work:

What is systemic coaching and family constellation work?

Systemic coaching is a holistic approach that considers you within your entire environment – be it family, relationships, professional context, or dealing with illness. Unlike traditional coaching methods, systemic coaching aims to identify the connections, dynamics, and origins of your challenges by delving into the so-called phenomenological field.

What is the phenomenological field?

The phenomenological field refers to the space in which all conscious and unconscious experiences and perceptions take place. Individual, transgenerational, and collective dynamics and patterns manifest within this field. In the context of systemic coaching, this field is used to recognize the relationships and interactions within a system (such as relationships, career, or illness). By consciously perceiving this field, hidden connections, entanglements, influences, and blockages that affect your behavior and decisions can be uncovered. It is very important to me to observe the emerging phenomena without prejudice and to understand them with compassion for the greater whole.

Alexandra Brand, Familien Coaching, Familienaufstellungen, CranioSacral, Meditation, OSHO

Goals of systemic coaching with a phenomenological approach

  • Promoting self-empowerment and stability: By recognizing and understanding patterns and dynamics in your life.

  • Resolving blockages and confusion: Identifying and resolving obstacles that block you from reaching your full potential.

  • Living authentically, finding your own place: Getting in touch with your true self and shaping your life in a self-determined way.

  • Strengthen your heart connection: Build a compassionate connection to your inner essence to experience your life with joy and ease.

Do you recognize yourself in these questions?

  • Do you sometimes feel trapped in old patterns that repeatedly lead to frustration, misunderstandings, or breakups in your relationships?

  • Do you feel that behind the difficult situations in your life there is a deeper, perhaps hidden story that you haven't quite understood yet?

  • Do you want to recognize the resources and growth aspects hidden within the challenges you are currently finding difficult?

  • Are you ready to look at your connections to yourself and others with compassion and joy, and to heal them?

  • Do you feel like you're stuck in a vicious cycle with your family, your children, or your partnership, which keeps leading to conflicts or misunderstandings?

  • Do you experience recurring themes in your life such as breakups, illnesses, burnout, or life crises that you would like to resolve in order to live in harmony with yourself and others again?

  • Do you want to identify the deeper causes of conflicts and thereby bring about change and healing in your life?

  • Are you open to experiencing systemic constellations in a safe and supportive environment and restoring connections to your true self and to other people?

  • Are you looking for a holistic approach that helps you understand your problems and find solutions that work on both an emotional and physical level?

3. Trauma – Loss of connection to ourselves

What is trauma?

Trauma is more than a painful incident—it leaves a deep wound in our body, mind, and relationships. It affects our nervous system, our emotions, and our self-image. The greatest suffering of trauma is not just the pain, but the loss of connection to our true essence.

Trauma can result from various experiences, such as:

  • Acute events (accidents, violence, loss of a loved one)
  • Persistent stress (abuse, emotional neglect, bullying)
  • Intergenerational trauma (transmission of fears and patterns through family and culture)

How does trauma manifest itself?

The effects of trauma are individual and can occur on both an emotional and a physical level:

Psychological symptoms

  • Anxiety, panic attacks, inner restlessness
  • Recurring flashbacks or distressing memories
  • A feeling of helplessness, shame, or inner rigidity
  • Dissociation – the feeling of not being “fully there”.

Physical symptoms

  • Chronic pain (e.g., migraine, back or neck pain)
  • Sleep disorders, exhaustion, digestive problems
  • Increased startle response, muscle tension
  • Numbness or the feeling of not being able to feel certain parts of the body

Relationship patterns & everyday life

  • Difficulties building trust in relationships
  • Feelings of isolation or alienation
  • Difficulties arriving in the present

Trauma Integration – The Path Back to Yourself

Healing from trauma does not mean erasing the past, but gently restoring the connection to yourself. I will accompany you on this journey:

  • To activate your self-healing powers
  • To recognize and gently resolve blockages
  • To rediscover the connection to your body and your essence

Do you recognize yourself in these questions?

  • Do you often feel alienated from yourself?
  • Do you suffer from anxiety, sleep disorders, or unexplained physical symptoms?
  • Do some memories or thoughts seem so burdensome to you that you can't let them go?
  • Do you feel that old wounds are being repeated in your family across generations?
  • Do you feel an inner rigidity or emotional numbness?
  • Do you have difficulty truly perceiving yourself or your body?

4. Life integration process according to Wilfried Nelles

What is the Life Integration Process (LIP)?

The Life Integration Process (LIP) according to Wilfried Nelles is a profound systemic method that focuses on inner attitude and connection to oneself. In contrast to classical family constellations, the focus is not on relationships with other people, but on the personal exploration of one's own past and the conscious integration of life in the here and now.

Basic idea of the LIP

The LIP is based on the understanding that our life – with all its experiences – is without alternative and exactly as it should be. Our past exists only in our minds and can become a burden if we do not fully acknowledge, integrate, and let go of it.

The process helps with this:

  • To retrieve past experiences and lost parts of oneself.
  • Accepting the past without wanting to change it
  • To consciously experience life in its entirety

A new attitude towards life

The LIP is far more than just a method – it is an inner attitude. This attitude is based on:

  • Respect for everything that was: Accepting your past and letting go of burdensome patterns.
  • Compassion for oneself and one's own story
  • To recognize and accept yourself in your entirety.
  • The realization that even painful experiences are a valuable part of life
  • To live in the present moment and to consciously perceive it.
Alexandra Brand, Familien Coaching, Familienaufstellungen, CranioSacral, Meditation, OSHO

If we adopt this attitude, we can consciously integrate our lives and find inner peace in the here and now.

5. Genogram work – Clarification and healing through ancestral consciousness

What is a genogram?

The genogram
It is far more than a family tree – it is a map of familial relationships and influences. It reveals how deeply we are connected to our ancestors and helps to uncover hidden [unclear]. Patterns and recurring themes recognize.

Many challenges we face today – whether in relationships, at work, or in our emotional or physical health – often have their roots in the past. Genogram work can make these connections visible, allowing us to find clarity, healing, and inner order.

Do you recognize yourself in these questions?

  • Are there recurring themes or distressing patterns in your family?
  • Do you find it difficult to define your place in life or in your family system?
  • Do you feel that unresolved family issues are affecting your relationships?
  • Do you feel an inner burden without knowing exactly where it comes from?

  • If these questions resonate with you, genogram work can help.
    deeper

    To recognize and resolve connections.

    Creating a genogram considers both:

    • Horizontal connections – our relationships in present life
    • The vertical connections – our family roots and ancestors

    • This process also takes into account deceased family members and intergenerational influences. Often, a central theme emerges, giving us greater clarity about our family patterns and their impact on our own lives.

The What can genogram work do for you?

  • Recognizing and understanding problematic family patterns
  • Gaining clarity about one's own position in the family system
  • Uncovering hidden causes of emotional or physical stress
  • Exploring the roots of life disruptions such as losses, divorces, or illnesses

Why is this work so therapeutic?

Unresolved losses and ruptures within the family system can lead to subsequent generations unconsciously taking on responsibilities. These often manifest in recurring patterns – be it relationship problems, career challenges, or health issues.

By consciously engaging with your family history, you can:

  • Recognize and let go of old burdens
  • Take your own place with clarity and strength.
  • Discover hidden resources from your family line

Alexandra Brand, Familien Coaching, Familienaufstellungen, CranioSacral, Meditation, OSHO

Find your place in life

Genogram work offers deeper insights into your origins and shows you how to resolve old entanglements. Are you ready to re-examine your family history and find your own inner freedom?

I'd be happy to accompany you on this journey.

6. Nonviolent Communication

A way back to connection

Nonviolent Communication (NVC), developed by Marshall Rosenberg, is more than a method – it is an inner attitude that nurtures relationships. It creates a space where people can truly connect: mindfully, openly, and on equal footing.

The focus is not on who is right – but on what is currently alive: What feelings are present? What needs want to be seen and heard?

GfK invites us to recognize what truly matters behind judgments, blame, and old protective patterns: the desire for connection, for understanding, for mutual respect.

When words build bridges

Imagine that in a conversation you don't judge, analyze, or defend – but simply show yourself as you are. And the other person does the same.

  • Understanding can arise from this clarity.
  • Trust grows from this honesty.
  • In this language, coexistence becomes peaceful.

  • Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is an invitation to deepen your connection with yourself – and from there, to connect genuinely with others. Not through adaptation or withdrawal, but through... Authentic communication and empathetic listening.

The 4 steps of Nonviolent Communication

Marshall Rosenberg has developed a simple model that helps you to remain clear, empathetic, and sincere, even in difficult situations:

  1. Observation: What actually happened – without judgment.

  2. Feeling: What are you feeling right now?

  3. Need: What human need lies behind your feeling?

  4. Please: What do you wish for so that your needs are heard and met?

  5. This model provides guidance – but even more important is the attitude behind it:
To stay in contact with you while you are talking to the other person.

Alexandra Brand, Familien Coaching, Familienaufstellungen, CranioSacral, Meditation, OSHO

A new language of togetherness

GfK means:

  • to speak honestly without hurting anyone
  • to listen without losing yourself
  • Not to avoid conflicts, but to transform them mindfully.
  • Taking responsibility – for what you feel, need, and desire.
  • Make requests instead of demands
  • Transforming evaluations into perceptions
  • Not to reject anger, pain, or fear – but to use them as signposts.

Spaces for genuine encounters

When we open up spaces within ourselves where all our feelings are welcome, something precious is created: We become touchable – and touching.

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a language of the heart. It can heal, clarify, and connect. It creates fertile ground on which togetherness can grow – even when things are difficult.

I would be happy to accompany you in bringing this language to life in your life – with yourself, in your family, in your profession.

Because: What you say should unite – not divide.

7. Intuitive Mediumistic Consciousness Work

Intuitive Mediumistic Consciousness Work opens a space beyond the visible.
A space where your own inner wisdom can be heard again.
A space where what is blocking you is allowed to show itself.

– and that which lies dormant within you is invited into life.

What happens in a meeting?

I open a field in which I listen on a subtle level.
As a medium, I connect with your soul level, your body system, the morphic field, the spiritual world, or the voices of your ancestors – always with deep respect for your path.

This may reveal:

  • What unconsciously holds you back or exhausts you
  • Which old imprints are still effective (also transgenerationally)
  • What your body wants to remember or let go of
  • What message your soul carries for your current phase of life

You receive clear, intuitive impulses – often supplemented by body awareness, symbolic images, energetic perceptions, or healing words.

What is the purpose of this work?

This form of work is not an "outside reading," but an inside remembrance.

She will help you to...

  • to hear your inner voice more clearly again
  • to understand your body as a wise resonance field
  • to handle subtle energy signals responsibly
  • Making decisions based on your truth
  • to connect with your original soul knowledge

This often results in a deep sense of relief, an inner sorting out – and the feeling: I have come back to myself.

Alexandra Brand, Familien Coaching, Familienaufstellungen, CranioSacral, Meditation, OSHO
Alexandra Brand, Familien Coaching, Familienaufstellungen, CranioSacral, Meditation, OSHO

Who is this job suitable for?

For people who…

  • to remember a deeper truth
  • at energetic or emotional nexus points
  • are open to intellectual, intuitive or media-related impulses
  • Seeking clarity during transitions, crises, or change processes
  • want to connect with death, the soul, origin, or their calling

My stance

I work with presence and mindfulness – I open the space so that you can recognize yourself.

Every piece of information I receive is an invitation. I will guide you in rediscovering trust in your own inner guidance. Because everything you are looking for is already within you.

8. Chakra Balancing – The Power of Inner Balance

On an energetic level, our body is permeated by so-called chakras – energy centers that influence our physical, mental, and emotional health. Energy work, specifically chakra balancing, aims to bring these seven main energy centers into harmony and release blockages that disrupt the natural flow of energy. When our chakras are in harmony, we feel emotionally balanced, vital, and connected to ourselves and our surroundings.

What are chakras and why are they important?

Chakras are energy centers along the spine, from the root chakra to the crown chakra. Each chakra is associated with specific areas of the body, emotions, ways of thinking, and aspects of life. When a chakra is blocked or imbalanced, it can lead to physical or emotional discomfort.

  1. Root Chakra (Muladhara) – Our foundation and connection to the Earth. Do you sometimes feel insecure or have difficulty developing trust in yourself and the world?

  2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) – Our center of creativity and sexuality. Is your joy in life blocked, or are you experiencing difficulties in your relationships?

  3. Solar plexus chakra (Manipura) – The source of our personal strength and self-confidence. Do you often feel weak or controlled by others?

  4. Heart Chakra (Anahata) – The center of love and compassion. Do you have difficulty loving yourself or others?

  5. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) – The expression of our truth. Do you find it difficult to express your feelings or opinions?

  6. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) – The "third eye," our center of intuition. Do you sometimes feel like you're losing perspective or unsure about making decisions?

  7. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) – Our connection to higher consciousness. Do you sometimes feel alienated from the world or your spiritual path?

What does a chakra balancing feel like?

During a chakra treatment, you can perceive various sensations – from pleasant warmth or tingling sensations to deep inner peace. Some clients experience emotional liberation, while others feel immediately energized and more vital.

9. Portarlexa / trapped emotions

What is Portarlexa?

  • Profound emotional transformation – integration into heart, body & light field
  • An intuitive, theme-centered journey from the trapped emotion, to the inner resource, into the deeper heart connection, all the way to the gateway of transformation.
  • Transformation & Invitation – What does it want to become? What quality wants to unfold?
  • Fluid, cyclical, creative, organically growing from you and your inner knowledge
  • Heartfelt, creative – in service to the soul
  • Deep empathy for a concrete transformation – a path of light through the soul, from darkness to consciousness
  • true heart connection – in resonance, compassion, presence

What does that mean exactly?

The Portarlexa method It works with a multidimensional structure I developed: a memory field that not only names each trapped emotion but also reveals its origin, its gateway to transformation, the underlying heart movement, and the resource to be invited.

Portarlexa is a method I developed, received through spiritual insight, and emerged in 2025 from a moment of inner clarity and surrender. As a continuation of the Emotion Code, the central structure of Portarlexa is the memory field. This invites us not only to release each emotion, but also to transform it into its hidden potential: through the appropriate gateway of transformation, a deeper movement of the heart, and the invitation of a luminous resource.

More about Portalexa

What are the benefits of releasing trapped emotions?

  • Relief of physical discomfort – Tension, pain, or unexplained symptoms can resolve themselves.

  • Inner balance and emotional well-being – You feel lighter, freer and more relaxed.

  • Improved relationships – Without old emotional blockages, it is easier to live fulfilling relationships with other people.

  • More energy and zest for life – When old emotional burdens are lifted, space is created for new, positive experiences.

9. Aura surgery – according to Dr. Mathias Kühnlen

Definition:

Aura surgery is a non-contact healing method in which operations are performed exclusively within your subtle body. Direct physical contact is rarely necessary. Healing occurs through the energetic and informational exchange between the aura surgeon and the client, sometimes using surgical instruments – but without any physical intervention. Aura surgery is based on the premise that our human cells store all emotional events, whether from the current life or past lives, and can remember them (unconsciously) for a long time afterward. This is why we can sometimes be negatively influenced by past experiences.

The aura:

Your aura is the energy field that surrounds your body. It cannot be fully understood scientifically. Aura surgery identifies energetic disturbances or blockages that point to deeper causes such as miasmatic burdens or karmic patterns, and these are harmonized via the quantum field.

Karmic patterns:

Every action has consequences – in this life or a future one. Karmic patterns can originate from past lives, ancestral lineage, or your current existence. They influence your behavior as well as your physical and mental well-being.

Traumatic memories can persist in your energy field and manifest as physical ailments, e.g., chronic throat problems from a previous hanging.

Your subconscious mind tries to resolve these patterns through symptoms. Aura surgery helps to gently transform them. Resolving such patterns leads to physical relaxation and inner freedom. This method enables you to experience a holistic transformation in harmony with your soul's path.

Does your system react when you read these following karmic patterns?

Guilt • Oaths and vows • Hanging • Garrote • Beheading • Slave yoke • Drowning • Burial in a grave • Shooting • Breaking on the wheel • Impaling • Evisceration • Crucifixion • Quartering • Electric chair • Gassing • Factory farming • Medical experiments • Pear of mouth • Piercing (Iron Maiden) • Freezing to death • Stake • Rack • Buried alive • Amputation • Pillory • Birth problems • Dungeon with mice and rats • Castration • Black magic • Failed escape • Acrophobia • Blinding • Skinning • Roasting • Boiling • Grinding • Swedish drink • Tongue splitting • Larding • Sawing in half • Stabbing

Words from people I had the privilege of accompanying:

"Alexandra accompanied me on my life's journey for a long time, during moments that were of great importance to me. With her special competence, her deep knowledge, and her empathetic, loving nature, she opened doors for me that I would never have found on my own."

Through her guidance, I experienced healing that has profoundly changed my life. She led me a part of my journey of personal development, and for that I am deeply grateful. Alexandra lives her work as a calling; you can feel it in every conversation, in every encounter.

I feel seen, understood, and supported by her. Her support is a gift to me, and I am deeply grateful that our paths have crossed.

Anyone looking for a coach who not only provides expertise but also genuine dedication, warmth and heart will find an exceptional companion in Alexandra.
Thank you Alexandra from the bottom of my heart 👍❤️🙏"

Oana G.

"Alexandra provided intensive support at home for several days with my three-month-old son. The reason for this was that my son was very restless and cried a lot after a long and difficult birth that ended in a spontaneous cesarean section. I often didn't know what to do anymore."

Alexandra spent several hours with us every day, intuitively using methods that seemed appropriate at the time: craniosacral therapy, systemic coaching, symbol and genogram work, tracking of trapped emotions, family constellations, and trauma work. She sensitively attuned herself to our family system, shared her observations, and provided a wide range of insights, both during the sessions and afterward through extensive written follow-up.

I experienced Alexandra as very attentive, alert, and approachable. Her approach is highly professional: empathetic, compassionate, flexible, and non-judgmental. You sense that Alexandra gives you plenty of space and that you can trust her completely. Therefore, I can wholeheartedly recommend her as a coach and process facilitator.

Christiane H.

"During a personal crisis, Alexandra, with her warm and sensitive nature, gave me incredible clarity and healing. Her intuitive approach deeply impressed me – she always knew exactly what I needed, even before I could put it into words myself."

With Alexandra, I always feel comfortable, safe, and seen. She takes her time, approaches every topic with great care, and works systematically without losing sight of the individual flow. Even with a topic completely unfamiliar to me, her work shed so much light on the matter that I now have a deeper understanding of myself—and therefore more inner peace.

Alexandra is a true blessing to me – not only personally, but to the entire world. Her presence, her compassion, and her radiant personality are a gift. I am deeply grateful to have known her on my journey.

Its light illuminates humanity – and I am glad to be able to experience a part of it.
