Systemic counseling

Looking together, appreciating, finding ways. Living with compassion and joy. When we look more closely at what lies behind the frustrations, the failures, the broken relationships in families, we recognize a compelling logic. It always revolves around a very clear story or history leading up to what is difficult today. And here's the good news: this can be recognized and resolved! As soon as this happens, the situation heals, and nourishing connections are re-established: to others, to oneself, to life.

Growth and further development: These two concepts form a fundamental assumption that is continuously present in our coaching and support work. In this way, we recognize growth aspects and resources within the problem areas. By observing these dynamics within ourselves and our families, the developmental and maturation processes become clear and tangible.

The truly human side within us is brought to life, creating healthy and vibrant relationships—within the family and beyond. Compassionate and joyful connections strengthen and renew us. We find our path and place for ourselves and our children. Change begins. Every issue that manifests as persistent, chronic, burdensome, or escalating extremes within us, our children, our partnerships, our families, or in a business context is connected to deeper causes and layers of our lives. Recognizing these connections and their dynamics leads to steps toward change that immediately alleviate the situation and can usually be resolved and stabilized in just a few further meetings. I look forward to exploring these issues with you, appreciating them, and finding new paths on your journey of development.
