"If you are truly intelligent, you will leave your mind exactly where you left your shoes." - OSHO. OSHO meditation techniques are scientifically developed, effective, and direct, and incorporate movement—sometimes intense and physical, sometimes gentler—that leads to peace and stillness. They are designed for modern people, making it easier to experience meditation. The goal is to make it as total as possible—with mindfulness, awareness, observation, and witnessing. Almost all meditations are accompanied by specially composed music that energetically supports the different phases. I offer various forms of OSHO meditation, such as Kundalini, No-Dimensions, Chakra Sounds, No-Mind, Chakra Breathing, Nataraj, Devavani, Mandala, and Nadabrahma. No prior experience is necessary. "You come here to meditate and become very serious. And I always insist: Don't become serious. Meditation can only happen playfully, completely playfully—when you are not searching for anything, not striving for anything, when you are simply dancing or singing; when you are not asking for anything, when the activity is everything and sufficient unto itself, when you don't want to achieve anything with it, the future has nothing to do with it... then it happens. Meditation is an event. You cannot wrest it from the hands of existence. You cannot desire it, and you cannot possess it. You can only do one thing: You can become the empty, receiving side—and that happens when you are playful. Meditation is joy." OSHO. OSHO Meditations (arrival, 1 hour of meditation, and closing with tea and candlelight) are held every Wednesday from 7:30 p.m. to approximately 9:00 p.m. You can find the dates of the OSHO course units here.
