Rebirthing / Birth Experience and Pregnancy: There are countless reasons, events, traumas passed down through generations, and beliefs why reflecting on our pregnancy or birth might require a release process. These can be physical or psychological in nature, often manifesting decades later in adulthood as panic attacks, exhaustion, depression, sudden unexplained pain, and much more. Therefore, it is naturally best to visit a few weeks after birth with the baby to initiate relief from both energetic and structural blockages. This supports our children in stepping into their own unique life force. But what if no one has done this with us? We adults, too, can consciously revisit lingering issues surrounding our pregnancy or birth. My method is a powerful blend of craniosacral and biodynamic bodywork, specifically tailored to pregnancy, embryonic development, and birth, as well as a systemic, bioenergetic approach, whether through the Life Integration Process or a specific systemic rebirthing method. We explore how to approach this topic mindfully. There can be many different reasons for addressing the topic of birth. Did you perhaps give birth via cesarean section, or were you yourself born via cesarean section, and are you missing the spark of life force that a natural birth would ignite? Was your birth or your child's birth difficult or traumatic? Was the child's father present, or were you alone? Were you perhaps separated from your parents after the birth? Did you or your child experience a moment of mortal fear that continues to manifest in your life? Was there an unpleasant event, death, or fear during your pregnancy that your child felt connected to you? It's possible that your mother suffered a shock or was raped during pregnancy, and you still carry this trauma deep within your cellular structure. Perhaps your twin died during pregnancy, and you spent several months with them. The death and the loneliness in the here and now are deeply ingrained in you, preventing you from reaching your full potential. We are often unaware of how many symptoms can manifest within us on a physical and psychological level, stemming directly from our development in the womb and our own birth. "During pregnancy, the baby's cells migrate into the mother's bloodstream and then circulate back into the baby; this is called 'fetal-maternal microchimerism.' For 41 weeks, the cells circulate and fuse back and forth, and after the baby's birth, many of these cells remain in the mother's body, leaving a lasting impression on her tissues, bones, brain, and skin, often remaining there for decades. Every subsequent child a mother has also leaves a similar imprint on her body." Even if a pregnancy is not carried to term or you have an abortion, these cells still migrate into your bloodstream. Research has shown that when a mother suffers a heart injury, fetal cells rush to the site of the injury and transform into different types of cells specialized in repairing the heart. The baby helps the mother repair the heart while the mother rebuilds the baby. This is often why certain illnesses disappear during pregnancy. It's incredible how the mother's body protects the baby at all costs, and the baby protects and rebuilds the mother—so that the baby can develop and survive safely. If you are a mother, you know how to intuitively feel your child, even when they are not there… Well, now there is scientific evidence that mothers carry their child for years and years after giving birth.
