PRIMAL PLAY
PRIMAL PLAY "Stillness and movement are two aspects of life." "Transpersonal = the same forces are in ALL of us." "Universal = independent of time and space." "Boundaries and connection are one and the same, and without both, one cannot have the other." In PRIMAL PLAY, we touch the level that speaks from our body in our encounter with another person. How? In a playful, physical way. The body is our bridge. Body and mind represent an inseparable unity. Transformation takes place from within, from within our body. By connecting with our body, trusting it, allowing ourselves to follow it, whether through playful experimentation, setting boundaries, approaching, touch, or simply eye contact. Following and trusting the body completely in the here and now, in an encounter with another person, opens a vast space for healing and arriving at oneself. Transformation occurs at the cellular level—at the nerve level—by connecting with wholeness, with what is already present. This is precisely the space I offer you. The body possesses an inner wisdom; in craniosacral therapy, we speak of inner health or the breath of life. When we harmonize ourselves, when we connect with this inner wisdom, we heal from within. In connection with another person, we can openly accept all our contradictions—even those parts that feel frightening, abandoned, angry, ashamed, shy, playful, too little, or too much. Only in community, on the journey through our bodies to the heart of our shared wholeness, can we heal our sense of isolation. Only together can we embrace our unity. By sensing our boundaries, we connect with ourselves and with the other person. PRIMAL PLAY offers a healing space on a physical level; our nervous system can calm down, and an integration of our deepest relational traumas and blockages, which we carry individually and collectively, takes place within the cellular structure. In this format, we encounter everything that is WITHOUT trying to change it—this opens a field of transformation. Primal Play is about connecting with your original (primal) self in a playful way. The intimate aspect lies in encountering yourself through physical connection with another person. It requires letting go, trusting, surrendering to your body, and simply being present. Switching off your mind. We guide ourselves to the place of our power, our authenticity, our own primal strength, our connection to our primal essence. A kind of depth emerges that, in the encounter, brings the traumas stored in our bodies to the surface at its own pace. Primal Play has a playful, an empowering, and a primal side. It is guided by the inherent motivation of the here and now. Through the playful aspect, you develop motivation, strength, feelings, and connection. It is a form of mindfulness practice, as you learn to recognize and feel your own boundaries and those of the other person. Entering the playing field of Primal Play is training for the unexpected. Creativity, courage, and openness are essential. The playful aspect, the open space within this process, contributes so much to our healing and our own personal flourishing, fostering emotional stability, allowing us to express ourselves authentically, and increasing our well-being. It strengthens our relationships, our trust, compassion, intimacy, and empathy. By allowing ourselves to set aside the barriers and the stories we carry around in our minds, a completely new perspective opens up for us. In other words, a new movement. Are you ready for movement? For the here and now? Do you want to let the wisdom of your body speak? I will gently guide you into this unknown space; all that's needed from you is readiness and openness.
